Sunset Bay Management Group, LLC

Robyn A. Rennick, owner of Sunset Bay Management Group, is a licensed Community Association Manager.  She has been a property owner in Gulf County since the 1980’s.

 

In 2007, she owned property in two undeveloped Homeowner Associations.  As these sub-divisions were turned over to the property owners, most of who were out of town investors, Rennick understood the necessity of having someone locally manage the HOAs in order to retain the property values.  She founded Sunset Bay Management Group to do this.

Currently, Rennick is the Association Manager for The Cottages at Indian Summer Owner's Association, Marnie Island Preserve Owner's Association, Park Point at Secluded Dunes Home Owner's Association and San Dunes Owner's Association.
