Majestic eagles, beautiful sunsets - a peaceful island nestled at the top of the St. Joseph Bay.  Marnie’s Island Preserve HOA offers all the beauty of a wonderful nature preserve but is just a short bridge away from accessing town or the white beaches of Cape San Blas.

 

Owners have access to a kayak launch and the bay where great fishing and scalloping abounds. The 8 properties on the island insure a quiet space with westward views.  Every sunset will be glorious and different.
