The Cottages Owner's Association

 

 

The Cottages at Indian Summer which is a great sub-division in Gulf County, Florida. Just a block from the beautiful white sand  beaches of the gulf with two great beach access points, owners can enjoy a day by the ocean or relax at the pool.

The Cottages at Indian Summer HOA is growing.  Six houses have been built in the subdivision; two are under contruction and one is in the planning stages.  The subdivision has 24 homesites in total.   HOA Covenants are builder friendly but ARC requirements ensure that homes will be of quality construction.
