Surfside Estates Owner's Association
Surfside Estates Owners’ Association is a laid back community just steps away from the white sands of Cape San Blas and the beautiful waters of the Gulf. Located in the Gulf of Mexico, this subdivision offers full time residences and part time visitors a relaxed life style that can be filled with fishing, swimming, birding, nature watching, or just swinging in a hammock.
Surfside Estates Owners’ Association is a community of 47 properties. Fourteen homes have been built in the sub-division and there is a good balance between full time residents and rentals.
Surfside Estates Owners’ Association board has always prided itself on “Keeping it simple and keeping it civil.” The Covenants are designed to maintain the neighborhood in a manner that will allow the property values to grow and allow residents to enjoy their surroundings.
